Our double bedrooms are cosy but well designed. Complete with double and ensuite bathrooms and some have the advantage of wonderful views of Longridge Fell and our beautiful gardens.

Our twin bedrooms are cosy but well designed complete with ensuite bathrooms, some with wonderful views of Longridge fell and our beautiful gardens. We also have two ground rooms with wheelchair accessibility opposite reception with large wet rooms.

Single

Our single occupancy rooms are cosy but still have a small double bed & ensuite bathroom. They have the advantage of wonderful views of Longridge fell and our beautiful gardens.

Staple Oak

The Staple Oak Suite, our honeymoon suite, is unique with a log burner fire, large sitting room with french doors onto its own garden, a bathroom with a double bath and upstairs a wonderful renaissance bed.
